1. About Vintage Card Cash

Vintage Card Cash provides a service through which eligible adults may submit information and photographs of trading card collections for review and a potential purchase offer.

Vintage Card Cash is based in Arizona, United States.

2. Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the collection submission service or enter into a transaction with Vintage Card Cash.

By submitting a collection, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to submit and, if an agreement is reached, sell the cards or other property involved.

3. Collection Submissions

When submitting a collection, you agree to provide information and photographs that are reasonably accurate and that fairly represent the items being submitted for review.

A submission does not require Vintage Card Cash to review the collection, make an offer, purchase any item, or continue discussions regarding a potential transaction.

Vintage Card Cash may reject, decline, limit, or discontinue review of any submission at our discretion.

4. Offers and Transactions

Any offer made by Vintage Card Cash is based on the information and photographs available at the time of review and may be subject to additional terms, verification, inspection, or confirmation of the cards and their condition.

Submitting a collection does not create a sale or purchase agreement.

An offer is not a completed transaction merely because it is sent or viewed. Additional steps may be required before a transaction is final, including acceptance of the offer, delivery or transfer of the cards, verification of authenticity and condition, and any agreed payment or transaction requirements.

If the actual cards materially differ from the photographs, descriptions, or information provided, Vintage Card Cash may revise or withdraw an offer before a transaction is completed.

5. No Guarantee of Value

Any offer, estimate, discussion, or evaluation provided by Vintage Card Cash is not a certified appraisal and is not a guarantee of fair market value, future value, resale value, grading outcome, or the price another buyer may be willing to pay.

Trading card values and market conditions can change. You are free to seek other opinions or offers before deciding whether to proceed with a transaction.

6. Authenticity and Ownership

By submitting or offering cards for sale, you represent that you have the right and authority to do so.

You may not knowingly submit stolen property, counterfeit items represented as authentic, or property that you do not have the legal authority to sell.

Vintage Card Cash may decline, discontinue, or cancel a potential transaction if there are concerns regarding ownership, authenticity, misrepresentation, fraud, or legality.

7. Image Upload Rules

The upload service is intended for photographs reasonably related to trading card collection review.

You agree not to upload:

• Unlawful, threatening, abusive, or malicious content.
• Sexually explicit or exploitative content.
• Images intended to harass, shock, threaten, or harm another person.
• Malware or files intended to interfere with the website or its systems.
• Content unrelated to the legitimate use of the collection submission service.
• Content that you do not have the right to submit.

We may use automated systems to screen submissions for safety, abuse prevention, and relevance. A submission may be rejected automatically.

8. Automated Systems

Vintage Card Cash may use automated tools to assist with image safety, relevance screening, security, fraud prevention, and operation of the service.

Automated systems may make mistakes. Vintage Card Cash does not guarantee that automated screening will correctly classify every image, submission, or request.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits, upload restrictions, access controls, or other technical safeguards.

We may restrict or block access when we reasonably believe the website or submission service is being abused.

10. Availability of the Service

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the website or service at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

11. Third-Party Services

Vintage Card Cash relies on third-party providers for portions of its hosting, storage, communications, security, and automated processing.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services or websites that are outside our control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and submission service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
