Questions

Have a question about selling your vintage Pokémon collection? Here are some quick answers.

How does the process work?

Submit a few photos of your collection, along with your contact information. We'll review everything and typically send you an offer within 24 hours. If you choose to accept, we'll arrange the next steps together.

What Pokémon cards do you buy?

We primarily purchase vintage Pokémon collections from 1999–2003, including Base Set, Jungle, Fossil, Team Rocket, Gym Heroes, Gym Challenge, Neo Series, Legendary Collection, and other Wizards of the Coast releases.

Is there any cost or obligation?

No. Getting an offer is completely free, and you're never obligated to sell your collection.

How do you determine my offer?

We evaluate the cards we can identify from your photos, considering condition, rarity, demand, and current market values. If we need additional photos, we'll let you know before making an offer.

Why do you need photos?

Photos help us identify your cards, estimate their condition, and prepare an accurate offer before meeting with you or requesting shipment.

What happens after I accept an offer?

We'll contact you to arrange the next steps, whether that's meeting locally or discussing a secure shipping option if appropriate.

Can my offer change?

Our goal is to honor the offer we send. In rare cases, it may need to be adjusted if the cards differ significantly from the submitted photos or if important details couldn't be verified beforehand.

Do I have to sell my collection?

Not at all. You're free to decline our offer for any reason.

How long does the process take?

Most collections receive an offer within 24 hours. Larger collections or submissions requiring additional photos may take a little longer.
